Valentine's Day Hearts Frame

Materials Needed:

Tulip® Cool Color SprayTM
FLSP15-4C Neon Yellow
FLSP16-4C Neon Orange
FLSP17-4C Neon Pink
Tulip® Dimensional Paint
65039 Fluorescent Pink
Miscellaneous
Foam shapes, hearts and circles in different sizes
Iridescent Shake on Glitter
Plastic to cover your work area
Wood frame

Instructions:

For best results, please read all instructions before beginning project. Refer to photo for color and design placement.

1. Place frame on plastic. Spray entire frame in Neon Yellow including frame sides. Let dry.
2. Lay down foam hearts and circles in desired pattern. Spray Neon Orange on frame, then randomly spray Neon Pink. When almost dry, remove foam shapes.
3. When completely dry, outline the heart shapes with Fluorescent Pink Dimensional Paint. Make swirls in the circle shapes. While still wet, sprinkle glitter over painted areas. Let dry for 24 hours. Remove excess glitter.
